FoundryLane

Where founders come together to share, grow, and keep moving forward.

FoundryLane

Who We Are

FoundryLane is a group of startup founders who believe things are easier when we don’t try to do it all alone. It started in Limerick during the New Frontiers Phase 2 Programme. A few of us, each working on completely different ideas, began sharing what we were figuring out – what was working, what wasn’t, and all the messy bits in between. Just by being open, we learned a lot from each other. By the end of the programme, we realised that kind of support was too valuable to walk away from. So we didn’t. We set up FoundryLane to keep it going – a place where founders can stay in touch, share honestly, and help each other through the ups and downs. Whether you’re just getting started, growing, or figuring out your next move, you don’t have to do it by yourself.

Connection & Support

At FoundryLane, real relationships come first. We meet regularly – online and in person- to share what we’re building, talk through challenges, and learn from each other’s experience. It’s a relaxed, open space where founders can feel understood, supported, and part of something bigger than their own journey.

#2

Sharing What Helps

We believe in knowledge-sharing. Whether it’s tips on funding, lessons from hiring, or a hard-won shortcut that saved time, FoundryLane is where founders pass along what’s actually worked for them. Through member-led sessions and everyday conversations, we make it easy to learn from each other and grow together.

#3

Learning & Growing Together

FoundryLane is a place to build – skills, knowledge, and momentum. We support each other’s growth through practical insights, shared resources, and access to things like group discounts, training sessions, and real-world experiences.. Everyone brings something to the table, and we all move forward, together.

#4

Visibility & Celebration

We believe in lifting each other up. FoundryLane helps share the wins, spotlight member stories, and open doors to events, showcases, and speaking opportunities. We celebrate each other’s progress with pride – and help bring more attention to the great work happening across our community.
